I started JLC Electrical Services because I wanted to do the job the right way — without shortcuts, without subcontractors, and without customers ever wondering who was showing up at their door.
I've been working in electrical for over 20 years, across residential and commercial jobs all over Maryland. I've handled everything from simple panel upgrades and outlet installations to full commercial builds and 300-foot underground service runs. Whatever the job, I've probably done it, and I've done it properly.
These days, a big part of what I do is EV charger installation. It's the fastest-growing part of the business, and it makes sense — more and more Maryland homeowners are going electric, and they want a Level 2 setup at home that actually keeps up with their lives. I install dedicated 240V circuits, pull all the permits, handle the inspections, and have everything done in a day.
What I'm most proud of isn't the service list — it's the 60 five-star Google reviews from real customers in New Market, Frederick, Gaithersburg, and across the county.
